Chef Leonard Doz’ia picked up his pans over 20 years ago to bring to life his vision of Doz’ia Catering Company. Inspired by his mother, an entrepreneur and excellent cook, Leonard’s roots blossomed as a child growing up in Portsmouth, Virginia. Having the ocean and his grandfather’s garden at his disposal, he learned early on how to appreciate “all things fresh”. His years of studying and experimenting brought him to develop an intricate array of flavor influenced by many cultures. Chef Doz’ia has become synonymous with Ethnic Fusion Cuisine.
